Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that the Jerusalem Prophecy College online learning environment can be a little confusing at first. This page is dedicated to frequently asked questions about the enrollment procedure and courses. If your question or answer isn’t found below, please review the Enrollment or Online Learning Environment page for more information.
The cost of attendance is $50 per semester, or $250 for the entire program.
- This amount will cover all the material that is provided within the course. There are virtually no additional costs to attend outside the enrollment fee for each semester.
- The $50 per semester cost will begin with new students who are enrolling in the Spring 2016 semester.
JPC Online uses the curriculum taught at the physical college in downtown Jerusalem through an online learning environment called CourseSites by Blackboard. For detailed information, please check out the Online Learning Environment page. The course of study is broken up into 5 semesters with each semester being approximately 15-16 weeks long. There are 3 semesters per year so it will take a student just over a year and a half to complete the entire program.
The semesters are organized as follows:
- Spring Semester: January-April
- Summer Semester: May-August
- Fall Semester: September-December
The semesters are set to a schedule so students must begin the semester on the scheduled dates. Students cannot skip over any particular semester to complete the course in an order different than what is outlined on the Online Learning Environment page, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Admissions Department.
Yes. The Jerusalem Prophecy College – Online is 100% online. We use an online learning system called CourseSites (by Blackboard) to administer the program. So, a person attending the online version of JPC will need to feel comfortable with the technology side of the class (please see the Enrollment page for detailed information on technology requirements.) The lessons are released on Monday of each week and the student has until midnight the following Sunday night to complete the week’s coursework. The lessons will need to be viewed via video streaming service called Vimeo (similar to YouTube). There is an outline that accompanies each video lesson that is available in PDF format and can be downloaded through CourseSites. There is in addition a short quiz associated with each weekly lesson, which is administered through CourseSites.
No. All material related to the lessons will be provided. Each lesson has an extensive outline that the student can either print to take notes or view while they watch the lesson.
You will need to go to the Enrollment page to submit your enrollment form and pay the accompanying enrollment fee. You can also contact our customer service department for questions regarding payment fulfillment at 1.800.363.8463.

JPC-O is not accredited and students will not receive any form of professional credit for completing the course. This program originated as a ministerial outreach effort in Jerusalem and has been made assessable online for those who cannot attend the physical college in Israel but wish to be taught about the prophesies of the Bible and current events that fulfill these prophecies in a structured environment.
The curriculum was designed to be completed in order since the material builds on itself. Students are highly encouraged to participate in each semester.
Each week consists of a video lesson that lasts 45mins to an hour with a short multiple choice quiz that summarizes the lesson. The student can expect to spend two to three hours to complete each weekly lesson. There is also a monthly discussion topic assignment that requires a short paragraph response to a prompt, a mid-term exam and a cumulative final exam. The student will have a week to complete each weekly lesson but can complete this assignment anytime during the week. The light work load and flexibility makes the program manageable for people with the busiest schedules.
